Scrum Master (SAFe Agile) in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and continuously improve Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including:
* Daily stand-ups
* Sprint planning
* Sprint reviews / demos
* Retrospectives
* PI Planning and PI execution events
Needs certs:
  • Certifications
    • Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
    • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM)
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
 
 
Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, helping teams:
* Remove impediments
* Improve flow and predictability
* Adhere to SAFe and Agile best practices
* Partner closely with the Product Owner, supporting effective backlog readiness, sprint execution, and delivery outcomes through collaboration and shared accountability
 
Maintain strong organizational discipline, including:
* Ensuring ceremonies are well-prepared and time-boxed
* Keeping backlogs, sprint plans, and action items current and visible
* Following through on commitments, risks, and dependencies
* Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, aligning on standards, practices, and cross-team dependencies
* Take direction from and partner with a Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coaches, balancing guidance received with proactive support of team needs
* Support teams operating in platform and integration environments, coordinating work across systems and technical domains
* Use Azure DevOps to support sprint execution, backlog hygiene, and reporting
* Perform light administrative and financial data entry in ServiceNow
* Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within and across teams
