Years of Experience required :  5+ Yrs
Must Have skills: Mainframe Developer & Cobol, Also exposure in production support experience
* 5+ Years Hands on experience in (COBOL) developer experience in following COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, IMS DB , IMS DC , MQ Series, Easytrieve  
* Work activities include Problem/Incident Management, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Associate Support, Change Configuration Management
* Takes ownership of escalations and perform trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and programming skills.
* Experience in Endeavor, IBM problem determination tools such as File manager, Fault analyzer
* Experience in Production Support, change management and use of incident management tools
* High technical skills to support multiple applications and build SME level of knowledge as required.
* Ability to proactively contribute to Problem management.
* Experience solving ‘production down’ situations under SLA deadlines, > Leading to and including root cause and problem resolution follow-up
* Meeting facilitation and discussion moderation skills
*Proactive in identifying, escalating, and addressing project issues and risks
* Experience in coordinating with offshore/onshore teams and delegating work
* Excellent Problem Solving skills and an Entrepreneurial Attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Desired Skills and Experience:
* Exposure to REXX
* Experience with banking or financial industry
Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex production/technical issues.
Uses technical knowledge to provide solutions to complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. Possesses strong understanding of technical and subject matter expertise that can be leveraged to identify and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
* Takes part in production support rotation, and responding and resolving production problems
* May provide coaching and mentoring for other associates
* Will work under minimal supervision

Provide 7 x 24 Incident and Problem Management support of GWIM Platforms
Keep current with emerging technologies and lead implementation efforts as applicable
