As a SuccesFactors Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges from strategy through implementation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing current business requirements and processes to recommend or develop solutions that meet partner needs.
Documenting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
Assisting in the development of functional specifications for new developments.
Supporting the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues in business processes.
Providing application support, system testing assistance, and end-user training.
Owning all core data elements within all HR Systems and managing positions effectively.
Demonstrating strong hands-on experience in configuring the Employee Central module, including Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/Advanced Reports), MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and workflows.
Translating business requirements into system configuration objects and creating solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module according to best practices.
Participating in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for the Time Management module.
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
Maintaining accurate documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes; generating reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.
Administering, implementing, and maintaining HR security, including system security and access, to align integrated human resources and security policies with business needs.
Delivering specific operational and management reports with people data using reporting tools.
Experiences and Skills You Will Utilize:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors reporting.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to a flexible work schedule.
Proven experience in documenting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
Knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Ability to interpret business requirements and provide clear recommendations.
Effective collaboration and communication skills with partners.
Interpersonal skills to function effectively as a team member.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and Project.
Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning, including at least four full-cycle implementations.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Expertise in creating documentation and training materials
