Sr. CPQ/RCA Developer

3-month contract-to-hire No sponsorship
Location: Raleigh, NC preferred, but remote candidates in the Eastern time zone may be considered
$60/hr W2 MAX
Conversion target around $145K base salary + 5–10% bonus
RCA experience is required, but developer-level experience is acceptable.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of CPQ experience
- Hands on with Apex Coding and Lightning Web Development Coding
- Strong AI competency
- • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required

CPQ API Web Development

· Strong understanding of pricing strategies and discount structures

· Experience with product catalog setup, including bundling and configuration

· Previous experience working with a global, enterprise Salesforce implementation including Sales, Marketing and/or Service Clouds

· Demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform and integrations including, but not limited to CPQ, Einstein Analytics, etc.

· Participation in refactoring existing development to improve underlying foundation

· Ability to map business and functional requirements to Salesforce out of box features and functionality

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, data loader

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows including triggers, SOQL and SOSL

· Strong knowledge of data sharing rules and functionality

· Familiarity with Apex, and Lightning with Aura and Lightning with web components

· Familiarity with Copado CI/CD or other CI/CD tools

· Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net

· Strong research skills

· Strong knowledge in industry best practices in development

· Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources

· Knowledge of automation tools such as Copado CRT, Jenkins, Selenium, Neoload and/or other automation tools is a plus

· Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components

· Ability to complete complex bug fixes

· Good oral and written communications skills

· Knowledge and understanding of Siebel a plu
