Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica MDM Lead to drive the migration and modernization of our master data management platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience transitioning from Informatica MDM On-Premises to Informatica MDM Cloud (IDMC).

Because this role heavily supports our commercial data operations, deep domain expertise with Life Sciences commercial data sources (such as IQVIA, Symphony, and Veeva OpenData/F14) is strictly required.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Migration Execution: Lead and execute the end-to-end migration of code, mappings, configurations, and data models from Informatica MDM On-Premise to Informatica MDM Cloud.
Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and clean up MDM data models, match/merge rules, trust frameworks, and survivorship rules within the cloud environment.
Life Sciences Data Integration: Ingest, master, and downstream commercial data feeds, specifically handling complex datasets from providers like IQVIA, Symphony, and F14/Veeva.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Informatica MDM Cloud, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to the broader data team.
Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely on-site with business stakeholders, data stewards, and analytics teams to ensure the mastered data aligns with commercial business strategies.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Informatica MDM Cloud Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Informatica MDM Cloud (IDMC / SaaS).
Migration Experience: Demonstrated track record of successfully migrating legacy Informatica MDM On-Premise solutions to the Cloud.
Life Sciences Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data operations, with mandatory experience handling IQVIA, Symphony, and F14 data structures.
Data Modeling: Deep expertise in relational database concepts, data warehousing, ETL processes, and MDM hub configurations.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
