Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Salesforce certifications preferred.
10+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce is preferred
Strong working knowledge of an enterprise scale Content Services Platform (OpenText) preferred
Strong working knowledge of API management platforms like MuleSoft, to manage RESTful integration solutions preferred
Strong knowledge of Cloud-resident infrastructure software tools and frameworks (e.g.: Kubernetes, Cloudflare, Fuse, etc.) is preferred
Strong working knowledge of IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions is preferred
Strong working knowledge of modern frameworks for web and mobile applications (ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, etc.) is preferred
Knowledge of Document Management solutions is preferred Familiarity with AWS hosting is preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of the Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
Experience working with PHI, PII, and SSA data is preferred
Preferred knowledge of State government health eligibility and enrollment systems is preferred Communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
