Role
Summary
Lead
onsite technical delivery and coordination of the Business Events 5.5→6.4
upgrade and RHEL 7→9 migration across discovery, wave planning,
refactoring, testing, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and stabilization.
Key
Responsibilities:
Own the integrated plan for the BusinessEvents and RHEL
workstreams, including sequencing, dependencies, risks, and acceptance
criteria.
Coordinate client stakeholders with offshore TIBCO and
RHEL pods through leadership syncs, readiness reviews, and go/no-go
decisions.
Govern five-wave application migration, side-by-side
server rebuilds, CI/CD deployments, parallel-run validation, cutover,
rollback, and hypercare.
Ensure final BusinessEvents waves land on the hardened
RHEL 9 platform and operational documentation is
accepted.
