  • Configure and optimize BGP, MPLS, and enterprise routing architectures for performance and reliability.
  • Manage and troubleshoot WAN connectivity, ensuring high availability and performance tuning.
  • Deploy and maintain secure VPN solutions, including site-to-site and IPsec tunnels over the Internet.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into resilient, scalable network designs.
  • Document network configurations, designs, and operational procedures with clarity and precision.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex, escalated network issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Required Skills/Education:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Certifications:
    • IAT-III (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or equivalent).
    • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or Juniper certification (JNCIP/JNCIE).
    • Functional area certifications (required prior to start).
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of proven experience working with commercial ISPs and integrating connectivity into datacenter environments.
    • Deep expertise in BGP, MPLS, and enterprise routing protocols.
    • Hands-on experience with Juniper platforms (Cisco experience highly desirable).
    • Demonstrated success in configuring and supporting VPN solutions, including site-to-site and IPsec tunnels.
    • Strong knowledge of WAN link management and performance optimization.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting team growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
