Title: Senior Python Developer (AI Applications)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Preferred), Plano, TX, Remote (last option)
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $70-85 an hour

Core Technical Requirements
  • 4-8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Expert-level Python development
  • Strong FastAPI (or Flask) experience in production environments
  • Building secure, versioned REST APIs
  • AWS or GCP cloud experience
  • PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
  • Redis, ElastiCache, or Memorystore
  • Docker containerization
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build)
  • API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Testing (Unit, Integration, Contract)
  • Observability (logging, tracing, monitoring)
  • Distributed systems performance and resiliency
