Can independently
produce personas, journeys, task flows, and low-fidelity wireframes in
Figma, Mural, or similar.
Confident facilitator;
good at guiding groups, handling pushback, and driving to clarity.
Excellent written and
verbal communication—exec-friendly and concise.
