Notes from Erin:
The most important attribute we’re looking for is Revenue Cloud knowledge and experience implementing it.  This person will be working with another Product Manager… so while strong Business Analyst skills are desired, we’re not hiring this person because of their BA skills… it’s more about their background with RCA.  That’s what we’re lacking.
The second most important attribute is their location and/or ability to work in Australia business hours.  Our first implementation of RCA is for our Pacific business unit, so it will be important to be available to engage with the local stakeholders.
And finally, we’re looking for someone who will partner well with the existing Product Manager and be a “teacher” during the project.  The idea is for the PM on the Pacific project to learn the specifics of RCA so that they can share with the rest of the team for future implementations.  So documentation, guidance, collaboration, and patience are key.
Interview Process:
2 rounds max
