I have a long term contract position for a healthcare client
that is looking for a Project Manager who has strong experience leading
technical projects involving data heavy projects such as data transformations,
data migrations, data platform implementations. This person must be
well-involved in the projects from start to finish and understand the phases
and importance of the business value behind the project and be able to explain
it in-depth if interviewed.
Rate: $70/h c2c
Length: 12-24 months, potential for extensions
Location: 100% remote
Requirements:
8-10+ years of technical project management experience.
Data heavy project management (data transformations,
data migrations, data platform implementations).
Enterprise data teams experience.
Workplan management, program and project status
reporting.
Big Data, AI/ML projects is a plus.
Technicality: the client is not necessarily looking for
project managers that can code, they are looking for someone who is
involved to understand how code moves from idea to production and it’s
impacts, how to communicate with technical teams and help remove
obstacles. Coders turned PMs would be prioritize if the profile
exists, but years of PM experience will be looked at in that case.
SDLC (software development life cycle), Agile/Scrum.
Priorities given to profiles that are: technical PMs
with the relevant experience, have healthcare projects dealing with
data.
