3-5 years of experience in a marketing role,
preferably with a focus on retail brand/account marketing
•
Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail
•
Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer
experience, and multi-channel marketing
•
Understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance
Marketing and Social Media
•
Ability
to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and able
to deliver against functional deadlines
•
Ability to lead marketing plan development and execution process end-to-end
•
Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs and working with
external agencies
•
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
•
Analytical skills and business acumen. Proven capability to use data to drive
business decisions & marketing optimization
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or
training
•
Ability to travel domestically
•
