We are seeking an experienced Epic HB/PB Analyst with strong knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB)/Professional Billing (PB) modules. The candidate will support implementation, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Epic revenue cycle applications while collaborating with clinical, operational, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Epic Hospital Billing (HB)/Professional Billing (PB) modules
Analyze business workflows and translate requirements into Epic solutions
Support billing, claims, reimbursement, charge capture, coding, and payment posting processes
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve production support tickets
Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and optimization activities
Coordinate with stakeholders including revenue cycle, finance, and IT teams
Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials
Perform root cause analysis for billing discrepancies and claim denials
Support interface validation and integration activities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
