Position: Solution Architect / Workday Configuration Consultant

Duration: 6–12 Months (Potential Contract-to-Hire)

Hours: Approximately 80 Hours per Month (Flexible Schedule)

Locations: Pittsburgh, PA (preferred), Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities

· Configure and support Workday Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Time Tracking modules.

· Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and technical specifications.

· Design and implement payroll-related enhancements and process improvements.

· Build and maintain pay codes, earnings codes, and time-tracking configurations.

· Partner with HR Operations, business stakeholders, architects, and analysts.

· Manage ServiceNow tickets, requirements, and change requests.

· Support modernization of HR processes as part of a multi-year HR transformation initiative.
