Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a greenfield enterprise cloud transformation, migrating systems from on‑premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. This role will span both Phase 1 (discovery and architecture design) and Phase 2 (implementation and delivery), ensuring the program progresses on schedule and meets defined business and technical objectives. The ideal candidate has deep Azure migration expertise, strong program governance experience, and prior delivery experience in healthcare or public sector environments with similar transformations.

Location & Minimum Qualifications
  • Location: 100% remote preference for candidates aligned within Texas and/or Houston, TX specifically or able to support stakeholders in a hybrid/remote model
  • Experience:
    • 8–12+ years of program/project management in IT or digital transformation
    • 3–5+ years leading Azure cloud migration programs
    • Required: Prior experience delivering similar cloud migration initiatives within healthcare or public sector organizations
  • Certifications:
    • PMP (required)
    • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent) – preferred
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
