Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a greenfield
enterprise cloud transformation, migrating systems from on‑premises
infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. This role will span both Phase 1
(discovery and architecture design) and Phase 2 (implementation and
delivery), ensuring the program progresses on schedule and meets defined
business and technical objectives. The ideal candidate has deep Azure migration
expertise, strong program governance experience, and prior delivery
experience in healthcare or public sector environments with similar
transformations.
