We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support applications running on IBM Mainframe systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, along with experience in banking, insurance, or other enterprise domains.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for change requests.
Write and execute unit test cases; support system and integration testing.
Debug and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Support batch processing and online transaction systems.
Maintain documentation for technical specifications and processes.
