Randstad is seeking a SAFe Product Owner to join a leading digital transformation project within the transportation sector. This role is crucial to delivering cutting-edge automation and innovation for frontline teams and enhancing overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as the voice of the customer to guide product development in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering maximum value.
Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
Prioritization: Rank features and user stories based on business value, customer input, and technical feasibility.
Requirements Development: Translate business needs into detailed features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and technical teams for shared vision and successful delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with other Product Owners for integrated solutions across teams.
Agile Leadership: Drive the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the team.
Metrics & Performance: Establish and track KPIs to monitor product impact and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years as an Agile Product Owner
3+ years in a SAFe/Scaled Agile environment
Background in data, logistics, or operations is highly preferred
