Monitor automated registration responses and follow up promptly.
? Lead Prioritization
Track investor actions such as bookmarks, add-to-cart events, and offer submissions.
Prioritize high-interest leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
? Offer Management
Review incoming investor offers and determine appropriate next steps or escalation paths.
? Partner Coordination
Facilitate warm introductions to third-party partners (Insurance, Property Management, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses.
? Marketing Collaboration
Align with Marketing teams and eBlast campaigns to manage incoming interest.
Support engagement strategy based on campaign activity.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (College degree preferred).
Experience in internet sales; telephone sales and/or real estate experience strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage high-volume engagement effectively
