1. Immediate hiring priority: recruit three full‑stack developers (contract-to-hire) with strong backend/integration experience (C#/.NET, SQL, messaging—Kafka/SQS, AWS Lambda).

Required

7+ years of full-stack engineering experience
C#/.NET development
React development
SQL experience, including querying, performance tuning, and data work
Middleware, API, and service-based integration experience
Messaging/event-driven architecture experience, including Kafka, SQS, or message bus patterns
Experience building cloud-based services, lambdas, and integration layers
Preferred

AWS Lambda experience
AWS SQS experience
GCP exposure, especially Cloud Run
Experience with order processing/intake systems, data translation, POS, EDI, OMS/WMS, fulfillment, retail, or supply chain systems
