Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product
Owner with strong expertise in Salesforce and AI-driven CRM solutions to
support enterprise-scale product initiatives. The ideal candidate will
collaborate with business and technology teams to drive product enhancements,
manage agile delivery, and leverage automation and AI capabilities to improve
CRM performance and customer experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
·Act
as Product Owner
for Salesforce-based CRM solutions, managing product backlog and
prioritization.
·Write
clear user stories,
acceptance criteria, and lead agile ceremonies including sprint
planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
·Partner
with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into
scalable CRM capabilities.
·Drive
Salesforce, AgentForce,
and Einstein AI enhancements, focusing on automation and
intelligent workflows.
·Support
enterprise CRM
transformation initiatives and ensure successful delivery of
new features.
Required
Qualifications:
·4–6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership,
or Business Analysis in enterprise technology environments.
·Strong
hands-on experience with **Salesforce, AgentForce, and Einstein
AI.
·Proven
experience working in Agile/Scrum
environments with backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
Experience
delivering enterprise-scale
CRM implementations or enhancements
