Role Overview: ETL / Python Developer

Net-new role supporting the launch of a new program to build a corporate actions capability in Python
Team is behind schedule and needs someone who can ramp quickly and contribute immediately
Seeking a senior-level resource with strong Python and Snowflake experience

Key Responsibilities

Build ETL pipelines sourcing data from Snowflake
Perform data transformation using Python (Pandas)
Develop and integrate internal APIs (100%)
Contribute to backend/API development and light architectural decisions
Support deployment and pipeline automation in a containerized (Kubernetes) environment
Help establish foundational architecture, with a long-term goal of migrating more processing into Snowflake

Technical Environment

Python (primary language) + Pandas
Snowflake (source data; future state includes more processing within Snowflake)
APIs (REST, FastAPI or similar)
Docker & Kubernetes (containerized deployment)
Kafka / event-driven microservices architecture
