We
are seeking a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in
ServiceNowStrategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and strong ServiceNow
platform knowledge. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap
execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of enterprise portfolio
management capabilities while leveraging AI-driven innovation to maximise
business value.
Key
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for
ServiceNowSPM capabilities.
Partner with business, finance, PMO, and
technology stakeholders to define and prioritise strategic initiatives.
Translate business objectives into scalable ServiceNow
solutions and product features.
Lead roadmap planning, release management, adoption
strategy, and value realisation.
Define KPIs, portfolio governance processes, and
executive reporting mechanisms.
Drive AI adoption and intelligent automation
opportunities across portfolio management processes.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and
platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
