Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to support technology and business initiatives for Freddie Mac. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, tracking deliverables, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful project execution. The role requires working closely with business, technology, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
3–7 years of Project Management experience
Experience managing IT or business projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to track project risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial services, banking, mortgage, or lending domains
PMP, CSM, or Agile certification is a plus
Experience supporting technology delivery and SDLC projects
