Job Overview:
Shell is seeking a Process
Analyst to support its Trading & Supply organization. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving end-to-end business
processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting documentation and
standardization efforts within the Life of a Deal (LoaD) process.
This
role requires strong collaboration with business and functional partners to
ensure effective, compliant, and optimized workflows aligned with Shell’s risk
and control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture
and translate business problems and requirements into
functional/non-functional solutions
Assess
risks, feasibility, and business impact of various solution options
Document
processes, data flows, and system interactions clearly and maintain
throughout the project lifecycle
Support
the Center of Process (COP) and LoaD process
documentation efforts
Collaborate
cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities and process
dependencies
Present findings, business cases, and investment
proposals at the team level
Key Qualifications:
Prior
experience in process analysis, process mapping, and documentation
Experience
working in energy/trading environments or with commercial IT systems is a
plus
Familiarity
with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Ability
to assess business value through simplification and optimization
Strong
written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred

process improvements

will work under general supervision and collaborate with both business and
functional teams
