Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to gather input and build consensus.
  • Present business cases and solution proposals to leadership for prioritization and funding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT teams, translating technical concepts into business language.
System Configuration & Vendor Collaboration
  • Configure HR systems (primarily Workday) based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Liaise with software vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with internal standards.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with HR technology trends, vendor capabilities, and regulatory changes.
  • Propose innovative solutions to complex problems, balancing cost, risk, and value.
  • Champion continuous improvement and agile delivery practices.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or HR domains.
  • Proven expertise in HR processes, US Payroll, and Benefits Integration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis, process modeling, and systems engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
  • Experience with HRIS implementations, change management, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks related to payroll and benefits (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA).

Ideal Candidate Profile
A strategic thinker and systematic problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments. You are comfortable leading large design sessions, managing competing priorities, and guiding stakeholders through complex decisions. You bring clarity to ambiguity and ensure that technology delivers measurable business value.
