Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Developer with strong Workday Financials expertise to join a large enterprise Finance Technology team. This role is part of a major ERP transformation initiative, replacing PeopleSoft with Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and configuring Workday Financials solutions rather than providing production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Workday Financials solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Configure Workday business processes for Finance functions.
Build and maintain Workday integrations using standard Workday tools.
Develop Workday reports and financial data mappings.
Configure Accounting Center, Core Financials, Expenses, Procurement, and related modules.
Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support testing, deployment, and Go-Live readiness activities.
Required Skills
4–7 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
Strong experience with:
Workday Core Financials
Accounting Center
Expenses
Business Process Configuration
Integrations
Reporting
Experience designing and building Workday solutions from requirements.
Ability to configure finance-related mappings and workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Financial Services industry experience is not required.
PeopleSoft experience is not required.
