Required Qualifications
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (FDM, AP, GL, etc.).
  • Experience managing incidents and enhancements within ServiceNow.
  • Ability to triage, categorize, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
