Overview: ·

collection and recovery processes

Initiative:
acquired Discover, a lot of activities and technical integrations happening
across the system evaluating who has better platforms or functionalities to
assess which are platform or choice and what needs to be built

Big portion
of massive integration is data conversion, converting data into Cap One
ecosystem
·
Rapidly
understand data design, exceptional communication, hands on running agile
scrum team, Jira confluence and other related tools
·
Identify
risks and remove blockers
·
Collections
and or recoveries would be a plus
·
Data
mapping not required, Cap One primarily AWS and home grown applications,
having cloud native experience would be a plus, understanding of APIs, system
design principles
Must Haves: ·
Doer/execution
mentality, domain knowledge is good but not end of the world, take ownership
and take action, self sufficient, program management experience, governance
frameworks, going beyond coordination and check box of PM, be able to drive
and implement processes and frameworks, strong communication and
collaboration skills

Looking
for large scale data conversion – must have
·
Data
transfers, lots of complexities, dependency management, needs to have strong
TPM competencies, someone able to have technical conversations and fluency in
managing dependency across the board, help drive discussion forward wit
architecture and other teams
Interview Process: ·
2 rounds
at least, maybe 3rd; 45 min with manager, 30 min follow up with engineer on
TPM competencies, scenario based questions and high level system design
