Job Description:
Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck
Creek Billing solutions.
Analyze and translate
business needs into functional specifications and detailed design
documents.
Work closely with
development teams to ensure accurate implementation of Duck Creek Billing
payment integrations
Conduct thorough testing
and validation of Duck Creek Billing solutions to ensure they meet
business requirements and quality standards.
Part of the testing
process with User Acceptance Testing and SQL
Provide expertise and
support during the implementation and post-implementation phases,
including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
