Workday Payroll Certification (preferred)
Experience processing payroll in a K-12 environment
Payroll leadership experience, particularly supporting a team through a Workday go-live transition

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of ERP Workday Payroll Coordinator to support our Financial Services/Payroll department in the implementation of Workday.
Role Overview & Expectations:
Provide support for payroll testing, including data validation and issue resolution during parallel testing
Contribute to the development of SOPs, training materials, and operational readiness documentation
Offer guidance on payroll best practices to help prepare the team for go-live
Build strong working relationships with the existing team to lead indirectly and support execution without direct authority
