Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project
Manager with Salesforce expertise and a strong background in Pharma,
Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology industries.
This role will lead
Salesforce-driven initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within regulated
environments while aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The
ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforce project leadership experience and
deep understanding of life sciences industry processes and compliance
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Lead
end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through go-live and
hypercare.
Manage
scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Drive
cross-functional coordination between business, IT, compliance, and
external vendors.
Ensure
adherence to SDLC and project governance standards.
Salesforce Leadership
Manage
implementation and enhancements across Salesforce platforms such as:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Health Cloud
Experience Cloud
Oversee
system integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment planning.
Ensure
strong release management and environment strategy.
Industry & Compliance Alignment
Operate
within regulated environments (Pharma / Life Sciences / Biotech).
Support
compliance with industry standards such as GxP, FDA, and validation
requirements (as applicable).
Partner with
Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of
Project Management experience.
Proven experience
leading Salesforce implementations or major enhancements.
Industry
experience in Pharma, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Biotech.
Strong
knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent
stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience
with regulated system validation (CSV).
Prior
experience managing global or enterprise-level CRM programs.
Background in digital transformation or CRM
