and troubleshoot CDC I-Billing and CCAC systems
used by childcare providers and MiLEAP central office.
·Provide
production support, including batch jobs, logging, and error
resolution.
·Perform
development environment setup, deployment, and upgrades.
·Design,
code, test, and maintain custom reports and UI workflows.
·Develop
and maintain technical documentation for processes, data flow, and system
components.
·Collaborate
with business analysts, QA testers, and other developers in an Agile
environment.
·Participate
in DevSecOps processes using tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Azure
DevOps, and Git.
