Seeking a Senior AI QA Platform Engineer to help build a next-generation AI-powered testing platform that will transform how quality engineering is delivered across the enterprise. Leveraging technologies such as Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Playwright, GitHub, Databricks, Jira, and qTest, this individual will design intelligent workflows that automate test creation, maintenance, execution, failure analysis, and defect management.
Senior AI platform engineer, not a traditional QA engineer
Has built production-grade agentic AI systems or internal automation platforms, ideally for QA or testing
Strong hands-on engineering in TypeScript/Node.js, AWS, CI/CD, Terraform/IaC, and API integrations
Experienced with LLM platforms and agent frameworks such as Bedrock, AgentCore, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar
Understands QA workflows and can design reliable, auditable, governed agentic systems that interact with enterprise tools and processes
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of software engineering, automation engineering, platform engineering, or cloud engineering experience
* 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise test automation solutions
* Experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS
* Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into engineering or automation platforms
* Experience developing CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and developer platforms
* Experience designing governance, auditability, compliance, and operational controls
* Experience with Databricks, Test Data Management (TDM), or analytics-driven automation solutions
* Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
* Required Technical Skills AI & Agentic Systems: Claude, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI Workflows, Multi-Agent Architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Preferred Certifications:
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect
* AWS Certified AI Practitioner HashiCorp Terraform Associate
* AWS Certified Developer Associate
Preferred Agent Framework Experience:
