Need
delivery lead/Manager kind of candidate with wealth management exp only banking
client.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related
field; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management, ideally
within financial services or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale platforms involving content
management, digital enablement, or advisor tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified
Product Owner (CSPO)
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, and experience
managing vendor and platform partnerships
