Ideal Persona: Applied Machine Learning Engineer with strong mathematical and statistical foundation. High proficiency in Python/SQL, and demonstrated end-to-end ML ownership
Required skillsets:
Strong Python and SQL
Applied statistical and machine-learning experience
Experience moving models from experimentation into a repeatable production workflow
Data-pipeline and API integration experience
Cloud ML experience, preferably Azure/Azure ML
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (absolute 100% requirement; must communicate well)
Preferred: Some familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, containers, and model monitoring (we have Cloud Architects that can help with these)
