Job Overview
seeking an experienced Senior IT Product Manager to provide strategic leadership, drive product vision, and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams. This role is fully remote and requires strong experience in product lifecycle management, supply chain/inventory systems, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy
Define product vision aligned with annual and multi-year business planning cycles.
Analyze industry trends to ensure platforms adopt relevant and emerging technologies.
Develop long-term product strategy and short-term roadmap to achieve business outcomes.
2. Roadmap & Requirements Management
Assess platform needs, gaps, and opportunities across evolving system landscapes.
Translate customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional processes for prioritizing and delivering major product releases.
Maintain a consistent release cadence and incorporate enhancement requests.
3. Product Lifecycle Ownership
Lead full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing sustainment.
Act as internal and external subject-matter expert and product advocate.
4. Adoption & Readiness
Start readiness planning from project conception.
Coordinate launches with business and technical stakeholders, including adopting teams.
Develop and deliver readiness materials, FAQs, and communication assets.
5. Project Delivery & Execution
Manage product release schedules, risks, issue escalation, and tradeoff decisions.
Ensure execution aligns with product strategy and measurable business results.
6. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Prepare and present content for meetings up to VP level.
Tailor communication to the audience while ensuring clarity and alignment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
7–10 years of progressive product management experience.
5+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or industrial supply distribution.
Strong track record managing multiple simultaneous initiatives in large organizations.
Experience building and developing product management teams.
Proven success managing products through full lifecycle (concept → launch).
Experience managing a product or product line P&L.
Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business needs.
Ability to conduct ongoing research and prioritize functional requirements.
