Gather and capture detailed technical and business requirements
while ensuring alignment with J&J processes and Technology Services
(TS) standards.
Lead whiteboarding and collaborative planning sessions to define
architecture, workflows, and project approaches.
Manage projects involving AWS and Data Warehouse integrations,
including data flow and system coordination.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and
resource coordination.
Proactively schedule meetings, drive discussions, and ensure
project milestones are achieved.
Act as a self-starter who can independently organize tasks,
coordinate stakeholders, and move projects forward efficiently.
Required
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading
technology-driven projects.
Strong understanding of AWS, data pipelines, and data warehouse
processes.
Ability to translate technical discussions into structured project
plans.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
skills.
Prior experience working with Johnson & Johnson (J&J)
or similar large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
