Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Scrum Master to support enterprise-level Agile transformation and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working with platforms like ServiceNow, particularly within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enable Agile teams to self-organize and deliver high-value outcomes.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Act as a shield for the Scrum team, protecting them from outside interruptions and scope creep.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Promote Agile practices and serve as a change agent across the organization.
Support strategic GRC objectives within the Risk Control & Execution (RCE) initiative.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale enterprise modernization projects.
In-depth understanding and experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles, and practices.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite.
Solid grasp of core GRC modules: risk management, issue management, controls testing, policy, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward self-organization and agile maturity.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Certifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
