1. 10+ years Oracle ERP implementation/administration and 5+ years as an Oracle HCM functional Lead
- Has Led full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements
- Experience with: Requirements gathering, Solution design, Testing/UAT, Deployment, Release management, Stakeholder engagement
- Acts as liaison between business users, vendors, Oracle, and technical teams

2. 5-7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Functional Expertise, 5-7+ Years
- Strong focus on: Payroll, Benefits, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

3. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Configuration, fast formulas, and integrations
- Hands-on configuration experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Expertise with: Fast Formulas, Custom fields, Security roles, Workflow configurations, HCM data model, Integrations with third-party systems
