Must
Have: Java/Spring/Microservices/Javascript/React
Full stack – Java/Spring/Microservices/Javascript/React
(Can be heavier back end or front end, as long as they’re willing to pick
up the other) - MUST BE FULL STACK
Should be strong in SQL db
Should have decent AWS experience, specifically with
deployments – If they’re a very strong developer with light AWS, that can
still work
Should be comfortable testing their own code (team
currently using cucumber)
Coming from true CICD environment experience will get
top of the pile (Lots of testing involved)
Testing is a huge piece of this role. The product they
support can not go down, can not fail – Someone familiar with this type of
environment will do very well in this group
