Senior RPA Operations Analyst (Blue Prism/Python)
Location:
Denver, CO (preferred) or Minneapolis, MN | Remote considered
Duration:
12+ Months Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
Key Skills Required:
5–7+ years of Automation/RPA experience
Strong hands-on experience with
Blue Prism
(Required)
Python scripting experience
Experience supporting and maintaining production automation environments
Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving automation failures
Incident management and operational support
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain production Blue Prism automations
Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues
Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and automation optimization
Support automation orchestration and operational stability
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and root-cause analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to improve automation reliability
Nice to Have:
SAP automation experience
Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform
Automation orchestration tools (Control Room/C-Two)
