• At least 10 years of SharePoint development experience.

• The developer should have experience in designing and developing intranets using SharePoint 365,
including creating custom layouts, features, and functionalities.
• The developer should be skilled in customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web
parts to meet specific business requirements.
• Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 power suite (power automate, Power BI) and add-ons to enhance
functionality, automate processes, and streamline
• The developer should have expertise in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
and PowerShell.
• The developer should have a good understanding of Information architecture principles to organize
and structure content effectively within the intranet.
• The developer should be familiar with security best practices and compliance standards related to
SharePoint online to ensure the intranet is secure and compliant.
• The developer should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support to end-users.
• The developer should be able to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and find solutions to
ensure the intranet functions smoothly and meets the agency’s needs.
• experience in implementing personalized user experiences within the intranet, such as content
targeting, user-specific dashboards, and customized notifications, to enhance user engagement and
productivity.
• Developers should possess a diverse set of technical skills, experience, and qualifications to
effectively design, develop, and implement an intranet using SharePoint online
