• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring, alerting, performance diagnostics,
and capacity planning.
• Healthcare domain background with direct handling of PHI/PII and adherence to HIPAA-aligned
security and privacy controls.
• Implemented encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), including key management and rotation
practices.
• Proven vendor management across SOWs/SLAs, deliverables, onboarding, and escalation
handling.
• Hands-on exposure to Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and related
integrations.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid operations, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Public sector project experience preferred, with comfort operating within compliance and
procurement constraints
