·Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR &
Compensation modules is required

Primary Skills:
* Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting,
and Performance Management
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation
modules
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a msust with multiple
implementations
* Knowledge of ServiceNow software
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
* Successfully completed and/or involved in at least
three (3) full life-cycles of Oracle Cloud Core HR
* Effective collaboration and communication skills as
well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with
minimal supervision
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting
skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
* Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or
escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades
* Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
* Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
