Should have PMO experience and Ideally Enterprise level experience where they had to deal with Multiple departments
This person will lead end-to-end project management for contact center initiatives including technology rollouts, process improvements, and channel integrations
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in contact center or CX environments
Proven track record managing multi-channel (voice, chat, email, social) contact center projects
Strong understanding of contact center platforms (ACD, IVR, CRM, WEM, CCaaS)
Drive change management and communication plans to prepare agents, supervisors, and leaders for transitions
Pluses:
Experience with cloud contact center (CCaaS) platforms
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
