We are seeking functional Workday Professionals, with strong Recruiting Module background, who are passionate about developing highly-resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support the Human Resource technology driving Capital One. As part of a team that’s leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One’s Human Resource Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions. General Responsibilities: Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results. Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 3 years of experience with Workday functional configuration with the HCM/Recruiting/compensation modules At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform At least 1 years of experience with calculated fields, EIBs, custom reports Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (HCM/Recruiting) Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation) Bachelor's degree Contract only 90 minutes zoom video interviews w/ three different interviewers -may be broken up to several different interviews depending on interviewer availability May work fully remote or onsite at a people center |
