Salesforce Developer
Logistics & Process
Contract Length: 1 year.
Location: Open to remote candidates.
Budget: $60/hr on C2C candidate pay
Interviews: Team leads Serene and Bharath will be conducting interviews.
Key Requirements
Experience Level: While skills are paramount, candidates should ideally have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Prior Capital One experience required
Core Salesforce Expertise:
Must have strong experience working with APEX and Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce experience is the primary requirement.
Salesforce certifications are highly preferred (even if expired, it shows past proficiency). Candidates should be verifiable via the Salesforce certification registry.
Technical Plus-Points (Nice to Have):
Any full-stack or AWS experience is a big plus, as candidates might be asked to dabble in these areas.
Familiarity with languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python would be beneficial.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a bonus (though we use an internal deployment tool).
Methodology & Soft Skills:
Agile experience is critical.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with the business side, ask insightful questions, and understand the "why" behind their work.
