We're building a team of passionate Technical Program
Managers for Office Infrastructure projects to bridge the gap between Real
Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and other teams to design and
deliver technical solutions for new office buildout and expansion projects.
This includes all low voltage, network infrastructure, audio visual and related
IT scopes of work.
Requirements:
What we look for:
Coordinate cross-functionally between internal teams,
construction and related trades and other vendors or service providers
Manage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning and
handover process for ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling and network
infrastructure
Manage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning and
handover process for audio-visual/video-conference systems
Partner with the Corporate Security team to implement
supporting infrastructure and network integration for access control and
surveillance systems
Manage project schedules, status updates and executive
communications for all relevant projects
Develop drawing packages and specifications in support of
project design and execution
Coordinate procurement and provide guidance to FP&A on
budget
Identify, mitigate and monitor project delivery risks
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project and program management capabilities
Strong knowledge of the architectural design process
(schematic design, design development, construction documents)
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate construction
processes
