We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across backend services, front-end interfaces, data platforms, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, with a focus on delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices
•Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
•Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
•Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
•Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
•Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
•Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
•Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team
•Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Backend Development
•Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11+)
•Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data)
•Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns
Data and Messaging
•Experience with Oracle relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning)
•Working knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
•Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming
Frontend Development
•Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
•Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
•Experience building responsive and accessible UIs
Cloud and DevOps
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
•Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Preferred Qualifications
•5+ years of professional software development experience
•Experience in financial services or regulated industries
•Familiarity with message queuing systems beyond Kafka (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
•Exposure with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack)
•Knowledge of API gateway and service mesh patterns
•Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption at rest/in transit)
•AWS or Azure certification is a plus
Education
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
